If the Enhanced Overlay is not displaying properly, please check the following items in order.
1. Run as Administrator

Please run both the League of Legends client and the OP.GG desktop app as Administrator.
2. Check Hardware Acceleration Settings
The Enhanced Overlay requires Hardware Acceleration to be enabled to function properly. If this setting is turned off, the overlay may not appear.
- Go to the Settings menu in the OP.GG desktop app.
- Check if Enable Hardware Acceleration is turned on.
- If it is turned off, enable this option and restart the app.
3. Check Display Settings
- Launch League of Legends.
- In-game, go to Settings Video.
- Ensure the Window Mode is set to Borderless or Windowed.

If it is set to Fullscreen, change it to Borderless or Windowed.
If the overlay still does not appear after changing the display settings, please restart the game and check again.

4. If It Still Doesn't Work with Correct Display Settings
If the Enhanced Overlay still does not work even when the display settings are set to Borderless or Windowed, please send the main log file to our support team.
- Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
- Enter %appdata%\opgg-electron-app\logs and click OK.
- Please share the main.log file located in the opened folder with us.
